While you will still interface directly with your project manager by phone, you will also have the added benefit of a full-service virtual staff.
Our team strongly believes in lifelong learning and ongoing training, so we are always improving and upgrading our skills to bring more value to your business.
Michelle Ulrich works on some of the high end projects herself, but currently manages many projects to completion while our new team leader, Suzy Sharpe, works closely to manage projects as well as client care.
Our values: Passion, Fun, Being Connected and Being Awake (aware of our surroundings, in tune with others, etc.)
Michelle's favorite quote: "Your vision will become clear only when you look into your heart. Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside, awakens." ~ Carl Gustav Jung

Melissa & Nathan Kuhuski |
Nathan and Melissa are a team within the Michelle Ulrich & Company team. As husband and wife, they share the workload to quickly complete client’s projects.
Melissa has a business management degree and extensive experience in banking, finance and credit arenas. Again, Melissa worked in a team environment with a government lending division and small business banking.
Some of the positions Melissa held included working with the general public to department heads of major corporations.
While Melissa has excelled in every company in which she has worked, she developed a passion for administrative support where she is able to help people succeed. In addition to computer, phone and sales skills, Melissa is very knowledgeable in customer service assessing both the needs of the client and resolving issues effectively. She also excels in creating business and sales reports for productivity, service level, and associates reviews; analyzing and researching data, lead generation, travel planning, desktop publishing, and event coordination and planning.
Hobbies include: Camping, quilting, crafts, and playing at the park with their 3 year old.
Nathan has become a successful team leader due to his attention to detail, acute understanding of productivity and deadlines, and working in a team environment.
With an associate of arts and an aviation maintenance technical degree, Nathan is currently an inspector and the lead engine mechanic at an air repair station. He understands what it takes to work well with others and ensures proper turn around time from co-workers and vendors alike.
With a background in retail, Nathan has worked with customers directly as well as behind the scenes in receivables. Being able to see both ends of the business has allowed Nathan to prioritize the customer’s needs and wants and to quickly modify his customer service techniques to exceed their satisfaction. In addition, he has received several customer service awards.
Nathan took it upon himself to explore both his analytical and creative sides while working with Melissa on administrative projects within the financial industry. They found they were able to turn projects around quicker than expected and they both enjoyed sharing the workload. This showed the financial industry that they made a great team and gained respect from department heads.
While Nathan still works in aviaiton, he and Melissa realized they were a highly productive team, so Nathan continues to work on projects with Melissa. Nathan is very experienced in analyzing and researching data, drip campaigns, desktop publishing, word processing, and event coordination and planning.
